The Department of Defense has identified 3,782 American service members who have died since the start of the Iraq war. It confirmed the deaths of the following Americans yesterday:

LANDRY, Joseph N. III, 23, Specialist, Army; Pensacola, Fla.; Second Infantry Division, Stryker Brigade Combat Team.

NEFF, Christian M., 19, Pfc., Army; Lima, Ohio; Third Infantry Division.

OLSON, Nicholas P., 22, Specialist, Army; Novato, Calif.; Second Infantry Division, Stryker Brigade Combat Team.

VALENTINE, Donald E. III, 21, Specialist, Army; Orange Park, Fla.; Second Infantry Division, Stryker Brigade Combat Team.

WALKER, Aaron J., 23, Specialist, Army; Harker Heights, Tex.; First Armored Division.
